Part Time to Full Time Temp  Nursing Assistant/Clerk Position

Nursing Assistant/Clerk Position – Primary responsibilities of patient care with telephone and registration duties.  Must have prior patient care experience.  Fill-in for vacation times and call off shifts.  Must be available to work both shifts 7a-3p and 3p to 11p.  For further information please contact Janine Clavadetscher, RN Director of Nursing Services or Human Resources. JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ASSISTANT

Madison Valley Medical Center Foundation (Non-Profit)

Location:  Ennis, Montana

Part Time: Non/ Exempt    Approx. 25 hours per week

Compensation: $12-$15/hour

PURPOSE OF THE POSTION: Under limited supervision, to manage gift records/files, to prepare correspondence for donor/prospect records under IRS and regulations for recording gifts; to work with Executive Director of the Foundation and Foundation Board Members as part of a team which elicits community support through annual and capital fundraising.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

Required:
B.A. in Business or Public or Business Administration, or equivalent 2-3 years’ experience, coursework, or other training in fundraising principles and practices in a non-profit. Proficiency with databases, and adept in all Microsoft Office programs. Experience coordinating projects. Experience in business writing.  Knowledge of standard office equipment.

Preferred:
Bookkeeping/Accounting experience. Two years of experience in Healthcare fundraising. Proficiency in GiftWorks database fundraising management system.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Creative, enthusiastic and outgoing professional who enjoys interacting with donors and fundraising volunteers as well as stakeholders and community leaders. Ability to manage difficult or complex situations and/or people with tact, confidence, and diplomacy. Must maintain strict confidentiality. Effective oral and written communication skills. Possess strong proofreading skills. Strong organizational skills and detail focused. Self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team and can operate in a changing environment, following timelines and meeting deadlines.
