  • Full Time Day/Night Nurse Aide
    • Responsibilities:
    • • Fulfilling the duties of a certified nursing assistant
    • • Fulfilling the task of admitting and registering new patients in the hospital setting
    • Candidate Should Possess:
    • • Solid understanding of medical terminology
    • • Good customer service skills and computer skills
    • • Phone experience and good written/verbal communication skills.
    • • This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance. Attention to detail is essential.
    • • Must be able to be self directed with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • • A positive attitude and exceptional communication skills are key components to success for this position.
  • Full Time Patient Access Coordinator 
    • Responsibilities:
    • • Register patients, receive phone calls, and assist in the coordination and admissions of patient accounts
    • • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits at registration
    • • Post payments both timely and efficiently
    • • Other duties as assigned by management
    • Candidate Should Possess:
    • • High School Diploma
    • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full Time Medical Laboratory Scientist
    • Responsibilities:
    • • Collecting patient samples, receiving and distributing specimens.
    • • Preparing specimens for examination
    • • Analyzing specimens in all areas of the laboratory.
    • Candidate Must Possess:
    • • Montana CLS License
    • • National CLS Certification
    • • Preferred experience: 1-year minimum lab experience including phlebotomy
    • • Must be able to be self directed with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Full Time Medical Assistant
    • Responsibilities:
    • • Support of medical providers with patient care
    • • Stocking of clinic and treatment areas
    • • Vital signs and documentation of patient histories
    • • Medication and immunization administration
    • • Appointment scheduling and other procedures.
    • Candidate Should Possess:
    • • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • • Preferred experience: Certified (AAMA) or registered medical assistant (RMA) preferred but not required.
  • Full Time Temporary COVID-19 Medical Assistant
    • Responsibilities:
    • • Responsible for ordering test in the medical records system
    • • Printing labels
    • • Filling out paperwork for the State
    • • Instruct Patients on sample collection (self swabbing)
    • • Coordinate testing and supply management with the Lab
    • • Uses proper PPE
    • • Will be required to perform data entry, manage patient scheduling, and work with other (remote) team members to coordinate testing efforts
    • Candidate Should Possess:
    • • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • • No experience necessary, but successful candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and work ethic
